Dolly Hughes is a Content Marketing Manager at digital marketing and PR agency Tank. Her route into marketing wasn’t exactly planned and started with a love of writing, studying German at Nottingham Trent University, and a move to Germany where she worked as a native English copywriter.


From there, she stumbled into the world of content marketing, picking up experience across SaaS, fintech, education, AI, energy and B2B along the way. Her work has spanned marketing strategy, copywriting and content, social media and community, often sitting at the intersection of sales, performance and creative teams.


Now with close to ten years of experience, she works across strategy, content, social, campaigns and video, marketing in-house to grow the business and build brand awareness. At heart, Dolly believes the best marketing doesn’t feel like marketing at all and is shaped by curiosity, collaboration and a genuine interest in what makes people tick.
