My practice is community centred, and embeds wellbeing and access at its core.
My lived experience as a Queer, non-binary, neurodivergent and Disabled person impacts and brings meaning to my work. I’m a proud Midlander, born and bred in Nottingham.
I am interested in queer narratives and queering form. I am excited by new writing, dark comedies and work for social change. I was awarded the Sir Alec Guinness Award 2017 for my work as a Theatre Maker, championing theatre for change.
Credits include, Assistant Director of The Real and Imagined History of the Elephant Man at Nottingham playhouse (2023) and Assistant Director of Modest by Milk Presents and Middle Child at National Theatre Studio (2023).
I'm also the Artistic Director of Mind Out Theatre, founding it in 2017. We are now a Community Interest Company and I have developed and directed three shows in this role across London and Edinburgh Fringe.
In July 2025, I directed ‘Love you, bye’ with Uncaged Productions in a run at Theatre Royal Bath.
